Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please carefully examine your package for any damage or missing items, especially fragile glass jars of butter or cider.
- 2.Contact Customer Care
Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery if there are issues with food quality or shipping damage, including photos of the product and packaging.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your request and, for non-perishable gift items, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement of your favorite Apple Barn treats at no additional cost.
