How do you ensure the freshness of your apple products during shipping?
We bake and pack our products daily. Perishable items like our famous apple butter and baked goods are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging when necessary to ensure they arrive at your door with farm-fresh quality.
Can I ship Apple Barn gift baskets to multiple addresses?
Yes, our system allows you to send gifts to different recipients. For large corporate orders or multiple residential addresses, please contact our customer service team for streamlined assistance.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your cider and apple mixes gluten-free?
Most of our ciders and fruit-based products are naturally gluten-free. However, our baked goods and some specialty mixes are prepared in a facility that processes wheat. Please check the specific ingredient labels on each product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii to ensure that our food items remain fresh and meet all safety standards during transit.
How long will my apple butter and preserves last after opening?
Once opened, our fruit butters and preserves should be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 6 to 9 months for optimal flavor and quality.
